- Login to Domain Dashboard

Ownership modification is required when changing the registered email or transferring the domain to another individual or organization.
Step-by-step process:
- Create or Verify Account
Visit: https://register.com.np/login
Ensure your account is registered with the new email address. - Prepare an Application Letter
- Use official letterhead
- Include authorized signature and stamp
- Subject must be: “NP Domain Modification Request”
- Submit the Request
- Scan the signed letter
- Email it to: hostmaster@mercantile.com.np
- Processing Time
Ownership changes are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
